The Human Rights Committee at MCS plays a vital role in affirming, promoting, and protecting the human and civil rights of the individuals we serve. They are responsible for reviewing and approving behavior plans, restraint orders, restrictive procedures, and investigations.
Our staff works with individuals on essential life skills such as money management, grocery and personal shopping, household organization, and accessing important resources like housing assistance and health benefits.
