Welcome to the MCS team! Below, you will find all the information you need to complete your orientation.

  1. Complete all of the forms located in the three sections below (Introduction, Policies, and Compliance)
  2. Read the Bloodborne Pathogens Training Material and take the Test
  3. Review the MCS Intranet Requirements, Text Alerts Program, and the Employee Handbook
  4. Schedule an appointment to get your ID Badge

Mission Statement, Strategic Plan, Direct Deposit Agreement Form, Emergency Contact Information Form, Employee Handbook Sign-Off, Payroll Status Change Form, and the Statement of Physical Ability to Perform Work.

Confidentiality Statement, Ethical Codes of Conduct, GPS, Transportation, Motor Vehicle Record, Paid Family Medical Leave, Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, Quality Care Standards, Receipt Reimbursement, Travel Expense, and Training Requirements policies.

Corporate Compliance, Corporate Responsibility Plan, DDS Policy, DPPC/Mandate Reporting, Human Rights Acknowledgement Form, and Workers’ Compensation Information.

In the MCS Intranet, you will be able to access recent MCS news, memos, forms, policies, Employee Handbook, Internal Job Postings, training, etc.

MCS is now offering text alerts to employees for office closings, system outages, available positions, and other information. If you are interested in enrolling in this new feature you may register here.

This handbook was developed to describe some of the expectations of our employees and to outline the policies, programs, and benefits available to eligible individuals. Employees need to familiarize themselves with the contents of this handbook as soon as possible, for it will answer many questions about your employment.
