Different types of meditation:

Listen and reflect

Relaxing and listening to soothing music can be a form of meditation. You can also listen to audiobooks, podcasts, poetry, or anything you find inspiring

Meditate while walking

While in a safe place that’s free of cars, walk slowly while syncing your breath with your steps. Try to keep your mind focused on your breathing.

Find your inner yogi

Whether it helps you relax or break a sweat, all types of yoga can be a form of meditation. Just be sure to focus on your breath and movement.

Practice gratitude

Close your eyes and think about what you’re grateful for. It can be a person, place, opportunity or anything that brings your happiness.
