Candidate must be a self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, and an effective communicator. Candidate will need to understand and implement Positive Behavioral Supports under the direction of a Senior Therapist and be a participating team member, work well with families and demonstrate good organizational skills. Candidate must be responsible, reliable, and patient.

Required Qualifications/Skills/Training:

Required Qualifications: • Candidate must be able to pass a CORI and fingerprinting check • Have reliable transportation and have a good driving record. • Candidate must be 18 or older and have direct experience working with individuals ages 6-22. • Must have a high school diploma Preferred Qualification: • Bachelor's Degree • Training in Positive Behavioral Support Interventions Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license & vehicle. Staff must be dependable. Trainings: Provided as required.
