Ensure compliance (in cooperation with the Care Provider) in the following areas:
- ISP requirements - Prepare assessments for the ISP, including goals, strategies, and updates.
- All Health and safety needs of the consumer.
- All Quest requirements and documentation.
- Routine visits at caregivers’ homes to provide ongoing support and monitoring.
- Routine visits with the consumer to assess ongoing quality and satisfaction with supports.
- Coordination of clinical and medical supports in cooperation with the MCS RN, individual, and Care Provider;
- Recruitment of direct support staff in cooperation with the individual and Care Provider.
- Supervision of direct support staff.
- Ensure the capacity of the program to provide support to Individuals from different cultures.
- Represent MCS as requested within the community and other agencies /organizations with similar objectives.
- Attends staff meetings regularly and specific training related to individual consumers' needs.
