The Agency with Choice/Alternative Day Program is seeking key team members to partner with families and consumers. The goal of this partnership is to create and implement innovative and individualized day program models for people with developmental disabilities. This position will involve working with Individuals in the program directly.
Responsiblitlies:
Make a difference in someone’s life by providing 1:1 support for an adult with developmental disabilities in a home setting. And while this is 1:1 support, there is a team of staff that works closely together creating a positive learning environment. You will help promote dignity, safety, and health. You will be assisting with ADL’s, volunteer jobs in the local community, attending appointments, etc. Must be a compassionate, dependable, and organized individual.
