Dear MCS Employees:

What a pleasure it is for me to announce pay raises in my first “official” memo to the agency. At the September meeting the Board of Directors voted unanimously to give all MCS employees a .75/per hour pay increase and to increase the starting rate to $17.00/hour. This increase began on October 8th and will be reflected in paychecks on October 27th.

The Board of Directors and the Senior Management team are so appreciative of all your hard work and your commitment to the people receiving services from MCS. In our efforts to reduce our “carbon footprint” this memo will only be distributed electronically. I ask that supervisors share this information with staff who do not have an MCS email and encourage them to sign up for text alerts from MCS. The QR code is below.
