Location: State Street, Westfield, MA

Supervisor: Ashley Davis

Hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Relief Hours)

Responsibilities:  You will be providing respite on the weekends at the MCS Westfield site.  You will be providing care for individuals with different needs and helping out with their individual ADL’s.  This includes cooking, some laundry, community outings, art activities, etc.

Requirements: Must have a valid license and reliable vehicle.  Must be dependable.

Training: First Aid, CPR, MAP, and other training as required.  Training can be provided.
