Service Navigation

Your partner in accessing supports, solving problems, and navigating the path forward.

At Multicultural Community Services (MCS), our Service Navigators are dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities and their families access the necessary supports, services, and resources to thrive. Every family’s journey is unique — our team provides guidance, advocacy, and connection to programs and benefits that improve quality of life and promote independence.

All services are delivered in accordance with the DDS Family Support Guidelines and the MCS Mission Statement.

What Service Navigators Do

Connect Families to Supports

Help individuals access public benefits such as housing, Social Security, fuel assistance, SNAP, and health insurance — plus connect to local, state, and federal programs.

Coordinate & Advocate

Identify and coordinate access to clinical and behavioral supports, inclusive recreation, transportation, and skill-building opportunities — while standing beside families through meetings and appointments.

Empower & Educate

Provide training opportunities, translation and interpretation services, and resources for future planning and emergency preparedness.

Our Comittment

Service Navigators come with a willing spirit and a listening ear.
They are your ally in navigating complex systems, ensuring you feel supported, informed, and never alone in the process.
