Empowering individuals and families with knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead and advocate.

The Family Leadership & Training Program offers individuals and families opportunities to learn, connect, and develop as advocates and leaders within their communities.

Through workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs, MCS helps participants build the vision, knowledge, and practical skills they need to support their loved ones and influence positive change in the broader disability community.

Program Offerings

Family Leadership Series

A multi-session program that equips families with leadership, communication, and advocacy skills to promote inclusion and independence for individuals with disabilities.

MCS Training Workshops

Hosted at our Springfield and Holyoke offices, these sessions cover practical topics such as navigating DDS supports, communication strategies, and family resource planning.

Partner-Led Trainings

MCS collaborates with community and statewide organizations to offer specialized workshops throughout Hampden and Hampshire Counties.
