Our Purpose
The Family Advisory Council helps guide MCS in staying connected, responsive, and innovative. Members contribute by:
- Offering input and ideas to enhance family-centered services
- Reviewing and discussing program goals and upcoming initiatives
- Sharing community needs, successes, and opportunities for growth
Helping MCS identify and celebrate what’s working — and where we can do better
Meeting Details
Each council meets bi-monthly to discuss updates, feedback, and new initiatives:
- Holyoke Family Support Council: meets at the Holyoke office
- Springfield Family Support Council: meets at the Westfield office and supports both Springfield Family Support and the SOS Program
All families receiving MCS support are welcome to participate and share their perspectives. We deeply value family input and encourage anyone interested in contributing their voice to join the Family Advisory Council.
