Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Evidence-based therapy supporting individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities to reach their full potential.

For over 30 years, Multicultural Community Services (MCS) has supported individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families. Through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities build essential life and social skills.

Our ABA services are family-centered, evidence-based, and individualized, promoting independence, communication, and meaningful engagement in everyday life.

What is ABA?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientific approach to understanding and improving behavior. It identifies the environmental factors that influence actions and teaches new, positive skills through structured, data-driven interventions.

ABA is widely recognized as one of the most effective therapies for individuals with Autism and related developmental conditions. The goal is to increase socially significant behaviors and reduce challenging or unsafe behaviors using reinforcement, skill building, and measurable progress tracking.

Our ABA Program Offers

In-Home ABA Therapy

Individualized support for children (ages 3+) and adults in their own homes and communities, focusing on communication, self-care, and behavior skills.

Parent Training

Hands-on training and guidance for parents and caregivers to reinforce strategies and support progress at home.

Social Skills Groups

Small-group instruction using evidence-based methods to teach social interaction, play, and emotional regulation skills.
