The Placement Services at Multicultural Community Services (MCS) include both the Adult Foster Care (AFC) and Shared Living programs. Each year, surveys are conducted with caregivers and stakeholders to gather feedback on program quality, communication, training, and overall satisfaction.

This input enables MCS to maintain excellence in service delivery, strengthen partnerships, and continually enhance the experience of both individuals and providers.
