Key Responsibilities
· Schedule and track routine vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
· Monitor and document fuel usage, mileage, and overall fleet condition.
· Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and service.
· Maintain accurate fleet records and reports.
· Assist the Maintenance Department with tasks as needed.
· Serve as a runner for supplies or parts as needed.
· Coordinate with insurance providers on claims, repairs, registrations, and other vehicle-related matters.
· Liaise with program staff to assess and address vehicle needs.
· Provide training to staff on installed vehicle systems as needed.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Training:
Qualifications:
· Experience in fleet management, automotive maintenance, or a related field preferred.
· Must be adept at working with various technologies.
· Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and address unreported vehicle maintenance or cleanliness issues.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to track and maintain accurate records.
· Handyman or general maintenance experience is a plus.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
· Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and dependable transportation
