Required Qualifications, Skills, and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration Cert., Applied Non-Violence or Safety Care, knowledge of Positive Behavior System, Human Rights Training, and other trainings as required. MCS will provide training.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle on all shifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet all state requirements.
