Full-Time supervisory position working at 24-hour site providing care and support to  Spanish-speaking individuals with intense medical & behavioral needs. Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities: You will be assisting the Site Manager with the following and other duties as needed.

• • • Maintains quality of programming through adherence to agency standards and DDS regulations.
    • Provide general supervision and care to individuals living at the site.
    • Will be assisting individuals with daily activities and community events.
    • Provide general supervision & work schedule for staff & daily upkeep & normal maintenance of the household.
    • Assist Site Manager with ISP Development and Implementation.
    • Maintain accurate financial records, including grocery funds and individual spending money.
    • Insures individuals receive routine and emergency medical attention and maintain accurate medical documentation adhering to our MCS policy and MAP/DDS regulations.
    • Meet with supervisor for individual supervision on a regularly scheduled basis.
    • Ensure that all documentation is complete on a timely basis, and other duties as required.

Required Training/Skills: First Aid, CPR, Medication Cert., A.N.V. or Safety Care, knowledge of Positive Behavior System and Supervisory Experience
