Location: 1000 Wilbraham Road

Supervisor: Leslie DesRoberts

Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:        

• Manage an adult caseload
• Supervise Navigators in adult services and Specialty Projects
• Assist the Adult Program Manager in the development of Hilltown and other projects
• Assist with Family Support Center activities, trainings, and programs
• Maintain quality of programming through adherence to agency standards and DDS regulations
• Ensure that all documentation is completed on a timely basis, and other duties as required

Required Skills: 

• Demonstrate leadership ability
• Exhibit organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently
• Ability to work outside of traditional 9:00 – 5:00 work hours
• Strong computer skills
