The Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH) is the principal agency in the State that serves the needs of people of all ages who are deaf and hard of hearing. The Commission can provide or ensure provision of specialized services including case management, interpreter services, technology services (telecommunication and assistive listening devices), independent living services, information services, advocacy, and other services it determines are needed.
