• Residential Services - "Each person has the right to shape his/her own home"

• Bridging Care for Families (BCF) - A family centered home health program that provides in-home nursing support for children with significant medical needs.  For more information, move your mouse over the Services button on the right and click In-Home Nursing.
  
• Individual Support - MCS offers programs for individuals with disabilities who live apart from their family.  For more information, move your mouse over the Services button on the right and click Individual Supports
  
• Family Support - "The common thread is that the families' voices count"

• Other Services - Children's Respite Home and Family Directed Projects; Oftentimes those who require the most respite support have access to the least.  We believe that by providing these families with regular planned respite, they will be able to continue to support their child at home with renewed energy.  For more information, move your mouse over the Services button on the right and click Other Supports.
